I recently tried my hand at a block flower arrangement for the first time, and I have to say I am now completely addicted. These intricate 3D puzzles are definitely a challenge, keeping me engaged and entertained. I would have given this product a perfect 5-star rating, however, I did encounter a small issue. I reached out to customer service via a note but unfortunately did not receive a response. I contacted them because there was one tiny piece missing from the set. Normally, I wouldn’t have been too bothered, but it happened to be a crucial face piece. Unless I position the flowers in a specific way, the missing piece is noticeable. I just wanted to see if they could send me the missing piece, although I completely understand if that was not possible. Despite this minor setback, I have gone ahead and purchased three more of these puzzles, and I am eagerly looking forward to completing them. I highly recommend this product, although it is worth noting that it requires good eyesight and the ability to work with minuscule pieces.
