To begin with, the fit of the pieces in this product is excessively tight. This makes it difficult to align them properly and they tend to gradually separate on their own.
Furthermore, it is evident that this product was only designed in a digital building program and was never tested in real-life scenarios before being produced. The overall construction is quite fragile, and even attempting to attach the third floor causes the second floor to collapse. It is virtually impossible to enjoy playing with or positioning minifigures anywhere on this product.

The instructions provided are quite clear, although there were a few instances where I needed to use a magnifier to identify the specific parts required. The final outcome of the product matched the depicted image accurately. I plan to disassemble it and incorporate the pieces into my Lego collection for creative, free-building purposes.

I absolutely adore this set! The pieces all fit together perfectly and the overall build was a breeze. Although I did encounter a minor issue of missing 4 pieces, thankfully there was a sticker on the instruction book with customer support information provided in case such situations arise. The only downside I found was that the corners of the design weren’t as sturdy as I would have liked. However, with some extra blocks on hand, I was able to easily substitute a few pieces and make the structure more stable. Additionally, the inclusion of a light feature really enhances the overall appeal. I am definitely planning on purchasing the other sets in this collection!

I am absolutely in love with this building. The attention to detail is incredible, from the coffeemaker and wall-mounted TVs to the inviting side porch and even a fully functional record player. Not only was it a breeze to assemble, but the instructions provided were clear and easy to follow. I was also impressed with the fast shipping and the excellent packaging. Without a doubt, this is my favorite building project to date.
